# Terms of Service — Bodymind Os

By using Bodymind Os (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. **License.** We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
   Service for its intended purpose. Paid tiers are licensed per the plan you purchase.
2. **Acceptable use.** Do not misuse the Service, attempt to break it, or use it for
   unlawful purposes.
3. **Payment.** Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. You
   can cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy.
4. **Availability.** The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high
   uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. **Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Labs is not liable for
   indirect or consequential damages.
6. **Changes.** We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
