# Privacy Policy — Bodymind Os

Bodymind Os is built privacy-first. We collect as little as possible.

## What we collect
- **Product data you create** stays on your device (browser local storage) unless
  you explicitly sync or export it. We do not transmit it to our servers.
- **Payment data** is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never
  see or store your full card details.
- **Basic, anonymous usage metrics** (feature used, error events) may be collected to
  improve the product. These contain no personal content.

## What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not read or transmit the content you process unless a feature you trigger
  explicitly requires it (and we tell you when it does).

## Your rights
You can stop using the product and clear all local data at any time. For any privacy
request, contact support@hermeslabs.app.
